She took back my drink (instead of making me a new one) and just added some things to it and still didnt make it right, and I waited 7 more minutes for this. One more thing, they were out of stock of tres leches and instead of calling me to see if iwanted something else they took it upon themselves to simply cancel that and refund it and thats not how a professional business is handled.
