"First thing that welcomed you when opening the bag was this delicious smoky grill scent. The sandwich itself was perfect. The bread was toasted crispy but not dry or hard so was the bacon (also not oily). Lettuce and tomato were fresh and not soggy. They were generous with the amount of bacon and fries, too. Will definitely order again and try other things.
I do wish they wouldn't staple the bag (I tried to be careful but the clip almost fell into the sandwich when opening the bag). Also, please let me remove more than one thing from the burger (lactose intolerant and dislike of onion and pickle). Not that I mind removing them myself but I'd rather not waste food and that my unused portion go to people who'd enjoy them."
