"The pizza wasn’t even sliced, which made it inconvenient to serve, especially with kids. On top of that, it was overcooked—the crust was too hard and the toppings tasted dry. Overall, it looked like the order was rushed and not checked before being sent out. I usually expect better quality and attention to detail, so this experience definitely missed the mark."
