If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. Overall, it's a diverse assortment of quality spices and flavors (some imported) which justifies the price. I wish it had more heat, but that's just my taste lol. Comes with rice."

"Everything was delicious. The Duck Bamee Noodle Soup Bowl was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. The broth is packaged separately to keep the noodles from becoming too soggy. The Sampler Platter was tasty and the sauce that comes with it was great. The Passion Fruit Iced Tea was refreshing and light. Other reviews I read stated that it was sweet and delicious, which lead me to think it would be sweeter than it is, but it's perfect to my taste. The only issue I encountered was when I was pouring the broth into the Duck Bamee Noodle Soup Bowl. It was sent in a Styrofoam container that I had to hold with both hands, and the broth ran down the edges of the Styrofoam container and over one of my hands rather than into the bowl. It was quite hot, but not so hot that I was burned. A sturdier container may help prevent this in the future."
