It was the Sausage that threw me off. I never had such a fat breakfast Sausage! I had it in my mind that it couldn't taste good if it was that big! Was I wrong!! That is probably the best Sausage I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and not spicy like other breakfast sausages. The country potatoes tasted as good as they look. Some were extra crispy and others were on the softly fried side so it was the perfect blend of fried potatoes. The scrambled eggs were perfect also. Not over cooked but yet not undercooked.
