They were very dark on top, smaller than we usually get, and they were filled with, VERY LITTLE cheese, VERY LITTLE sausage, VERY LITTLE pepperoni. NO sauce, and A LOT of onions. Enough onions to make up for the meat and cheese that was missing. Not like fresh onions, but boiled type onions. They tasted like a casserole in a bun. There was a lot of bread to them.
