Its own flavor wheelhouse you cant compare. The green mango gave it a caribben feel. The rice and beans were okay, but only because I am not a huge cardamom lover. Yet its spices feel warm in the belly. Fufu ive been waiting years to try. Ive seen it in so many videos where a giant bowl of stew is dumped on the table and the fufu looks like it picking up this stringy stew so good. Ans Because ive never had it I have nothing to compare it too. For me it wasn't super tacky and sticky like the videos show. Where you swallow it in one bite. It felt more like mash potatoes that crumbled apart and it had no flavor. Im not sure if that's normal so maybe im not a good judge. Id like to try fufu again somewhere just to compare. I dont think id need it again with stew if this is how it is. But besides that. The flavors were just award winning. The jerk chicken wings i cant stop thinking about. Next time PLEASE dont forget sauce. Ill be back. There were too many things on the menu I wanted to try! "
