We get the standard chicken but you can substitute 1 chicken for 2 koubedeh for a few more dollars which is pretty good. My favorite substitutions are the salmon if im being fancy or the tofu (YES THE TOFU IS DELICIOUS AND TOTALLY WORTH IT).
For the carb side, I like the bulgar wheat which is flavorful of the brown rice. The salad yoycant go wrong with any but upgrading to the date salad is actually yummy.

"I'm a vegan and, through a comedy of errors, ended up stranded in Anaheim after a day at a NAMM show - and in a hotel room overnight.
