They are SO good I have had them almost every weekend since I first tried them. Sorry, not sorry. TheAl Pastor Flour Quesadilla (adobada) is my favorite thing ever. It is hefty and very well served and the pineapple chunks in it are my obsesssion. Every bite of pineapple is heaven in my mouth. Don't even get me started on their Small Grilled Chiles & Cebollitas I have to have an order with my food every time. They are a MUST when eating at Bandito Taqueria. I also love that they have great vegetarian options for my mom. So far she has tried the Mushroom Flour Quesadilla , Mushroom Torta, Mushroom Mulita, Mushroom Vampiro, and she has loved them all. I think she is just as obsessed with Bandito Taqueria as I am. Can you blame us? This place is amazing and I would happily order it over and over and over again. 10 out of 10 stars!"

Consider parading these like French fries in an upright paper container placed in a paper bag to preserve the texture. The grace is very good.
