"I've been wanting to try this bbq spot since I got to AZ, and they did NOT dissapoint. The portions are fair for the cost, and my 3 Meat Plate gave me all the options I could want. The pork ribs were fall off the bone tender, the clear favorite. But the brisket and the pulled pork wasn't too over the top, juicy and tasty. Especially with the bbq sauce on the side if you need a little more. The place knows their meats for sure.
The sides? I tried the green beans, which were great. I'm not a fan of the sweeter potato salad, but it was still good. Maybe last on the list was the brisket chili. Good, but a wee bit runny for me.

"I cannot stop thinking about this meal! I was worried the Carbonara Tteokbokki / 까르보 떡볶이 would be bland but it had a very pleasant kick to it. I added Ramyeon Noodle / 라면사리 to it too---10/10 recommend. I don't usually get boneless chicken anything as it's more likely to be dry but the Sweet and Spicy Boneless Fried Chicken / 닭강정 was perfect. Genuinely have no notes. Each dish had 2-3 servings so I saved half in the freezer for a day I'd desperately need some heavy s(e)oul food and I'm so glad I did. The tteokbokki reheated in the microwave like new, as did the chicken in the air fryer. I love that they use real tteok too because they never got stale like the wheat ones you find in microwaveable tteokbokki.
