The pork is flavorful and tasty, thinly sliced and perhaps braised. Ingredients in both main dishes were fresh. Kakuni Don has a white rice base and a few pickled ingredients. Very good. Not spicy. Ninja Ramen is noodle/broth based and we made note to please make it "very very spicy". They delivered the heat!
