"Order was accurate. They deffinetly gave alot of sauce packets which I appreciate cause I use like one packet per bite. The Mexican Pizza was smashed with the weight of everything else and the cheese got stuck to the top cover. But overall taste was good. Naked Chicken Chalupa was really tasty."
"The people at the store didn't even try. They didn't wrote down which is which plus literally gave a small burrito instead of the soft taco— The drinks are great but I assume the food would be the same way of quality..."

"I like to try these chicken and rice platters everywhere i go, its one of my favorite meals. This was by far the best of about 50 shops ive tried. i highly recommend the Chicken over Rice Platter its 10/10, the sauce and seasoning are on point"
"The food was amazing. Large portion. The prices don't kill your budget. The Lamb over Rice Platter tasted so fresh and delicious. I honestly think that rice was the most perfectly cooked rice that I ever had. The lamb was so soft and delicious. The rice and lamb were wonderfully spiced . Very flavorful food. This dish is easy on the stomach too. I ordered the chicken for somebody so when I get feedback I will share it. I definitely recommend this restaurant and in particular, this lamb over rice platter. This is my first time trying this restaurant and it will definitely be a favorite now."

"My picture skills give ge food no justice. The Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo was creamy and so well combined and the broccoli was cooked perfectly- this was my fiancées meal, I usually am not a fan of Alfredo in general but this was so good I think I may order it next time. He was absolutely satisfied with his meal.
The 6pc chicken I got mild flavor- I also love the buffalo option but the mild has a bit of a sweat tang the buffalo isn't sweet at all. I asked for extra sauce on the chicken so the picture is saucy.
We order from here very regularly and every thing I have gotten my family of 6 loved. The portion sizes are great and easily shareable.
The cheesesteaks are generous portions"
"Everything was awful. The chicken franchise was bland & swimming in sauce. The pasta fagioli had penne pasta, white beans, & soggy bacon in it that was more brothy than tomato base. I got cheesesteak egg rolls. One of the three rolls was a buffalo chicken one instead & was just mush inside. They tasted like old fryer oil & doughy since they hardly had any filling. Also there was no sauce as pictured with them"

"I ordered 6 Taco's, dissapointed that I could not order 2 chicken, 2 pork and 2 sausage, so I went with 3 chicken and 3 spicy pork. No complaint with Door Dash, but $39.00 (5 tip) for 6 tacos being delivered is outrageous. The pork was not tender and neither was the chicken. So, this was the price with tip etc. Taco's $24. "⭐⭐⭐½ (3.5/5)
As a first-time customer, I’d say my experience with The Afty Express was pretty good overall. One thing I definitely appreciated was that the food was cooked to order. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was fresh, hot, and ready to eat.
I ordered the Whiting Fish Platter, and the flavor was good. The fish was seasoned ok and cooked nicely. My only real concern was the portion size. For the price, I was a little surprised to receive only two pieces of whiting. I honestly expected a bit more, especially considering the cost.
The food itself was ok, but I’m on the fence about whether I’d order again because of the portion sizes compared to the prices. If the portions were a little larger, I’d have no problem ordering again.
Overall, good food, friendly service, and fresh-to-order meals—just hoping for a little more bang for your buck!"
"The Afty Express never disappoints food is always cooked fresh and has flavor. I had ordered cheeseburger with American cheese mayo ketchup pickles and onions with steak fries. That meal right there was 10 out of 10."

"Burritos are huge and the best around!!!"
"It's a huge burrito. However, it was mostly filled with potatoes, very little guacamole and underseasoned beef with cheese. Really missing some seasoning or salsa as a side. Had no heat. It was filling but more greasy and too much carb over protein ratio. Should have gone with something else. I consume mex food weekly but I'm not from here. It's a bit disappointing, I've had their shrimp tacos and that is better option still very bland compared to other restaurants outside of OCNJ. However very filling for a mex craving."

"Everytime I order from here the food is amazing. I have not had a bad dish from here. Their Quesadilla de Pollo / Chicken are incredible probably the best I have had in the area. Just had the Tacos de Bistec / Steak Tacos for the first time and they are to die for. Love this place and it has not fallen off in quality since they have opened unlike other places in the area that were good but really fell off in quality."
"Here’s a draft for your restaurant review based on your experience:
---
**Restaurant Review: JVS Mexican Restaurant**
I recently ordered from JVS Mexican Restaurant through DoorDash, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience.
We started our meal with the JV’s Nachos, and they did not disappoint. The portion was enormous, and every bite was fresh and packed with flavor. It’s a perfect appetizer for sharing—or for a hearty solo snack!
Next, we tried the Sopes de Bistec. Admittedly, we weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised by their size and taste. The combination of tender beef and fresh toppings made for a memorable dish.
The Tacos de Chorizo and Tacos NY Strip rounded out our meal, and both were equally impressive. Each taco was bursting with fresh ingredients and robust flavors, making every bite enjoyable.
Overall, JVS Mexican Restaurant exceeded our expectations with their generous portions and delicious food. I can’t wait to try more of their menu in the future!"

"Delicious we are so happy there's a great Mexican restaurant in our area now, sometimes you don't feel like going out and just want delicious food delivered to your door. My wife had the chicken quesadilla, I had the steak burrito, both were out of this world, Fresh nachos and guacamole were amazing, the rice and beans fantastic, and the Chicken empanada, Beef empanada were yummy for our tummy. cannot wait to try all of their offerings. Thanks for arriving in Mays Landing."
"The beans were complete liquid and spilled all over my chimichanga. The chimichanga just tasted gritty. Chicken was really small chewy pieces. Not something I would order again."

"The food here is amazing. I'm a bit of a picky eater and these dishes were all cooked and seasoned perfectly. The pork chops were juicy, flavorful and cooked just right. The beans are delicious (glad I bought an extra side order). Rice was really good. Salad was fresh, simple, and very good. Tacos dorados were reeeeally friggin good. Quesabirriias were better than most that I've tried in the area! The meat was tender, juicy and delicious and I love the fact that they aren't folded they're made traditionally with two tortillas and grilled to perfection. Everything arrived as it was supposed to, hot foods were hot, cold foods were cold, and nothing was missing from my order which is rare these days. I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant. This will definitely be one of my go to spots. The only thing I regret was not taking pics of the food before we ate it!"
"Great taste, huge portions, fresh products, definitely would order again, great prices as well as the flavor. Had the tamales de pollo, and beans. Loved it. 5 stars!!!"

"my baby loved his 6 Pc. Chicken Nuggets King Jr. Meal and as always my onion rings were amzing."
"Terrible. Half a star perhaps? Horrendous, dried out N overpriced as everything reflected Shrinkflation. The base price of the original chicken sandwich comes with no toppings. They want you to pay for jus normal toppings that really should be included. Chicken sandwich was also BLAND N FORGETTABLE. Hubby used to love that one. The Whopper Jr. was only a little bit bigger vs a kids hamburger. Tiny. Large fries looks like a medium. Chicken nuggets were over - cooked, dry n flavorless. I usually LOVE their onion rings, they got so small that they resemble rubber bands.
Haven't tried the baby sized chocolate chip cookies yet. "
