Curries are excellent. Panang curry (has pineapple) and red and green are my faves. Would choose a different protein for the curries than chicken pop. Regular chicken, beef, shrimp, etc. would fit the curries better.
Fried rice with the multiple seafood for +$6 was also a good value as the amount of shrimp and other seafood is quite generous.
Simply Thai has some of the best Thai food in the state. URI students are lucky to have it so close. Most of the other Kingston plaza restaurants are average at best."

I am addicted to their delicious maple walnut and chocolate chip flavors, of which I have been consuming copious amounts ever since discovering them via DoorDash a few months ago. So, when I say that theirs is hands down the best I've had locally, I do so with the most sincere enthusiasm.
