"Ordered a The Big Carl®. Im not a fan of lettuce and pickles on a sandwich. I opted for them to be left off and added raw onion. There was no go light on the sauce option which was a little disappointing. The burger came with a small amount which was perfect. I tell you with just a little bit of the sauce and the raw onion , that was the best burger i have had in a while .... i will be back , thank you for making a really good burger. My buddy was really hungry and he had the Jalepno Angus Burger and a Western Bacon Cheeseburger®. He is like the sunrise.... predictable. He has his favorites and does not deveate from it. "Their food is usually excellent but I feel like every time I order it there is a problem with one thing or another. Last time the Mozzarella Sticks (5 PC) were overcooked and there was barely any cheese in them. Just at the very bottom. This time they didn't include my drink and the chicken strips were overcooked. The restaurant did add condiments/ Extras and Silverware requested. This whole dinner would have been 5 stars had the New York Strip Steak been cooked properly to well done with NO PINK CENTER. "second time ordering just wings and was just as impressed this time too!! everything was well packaged and labeled . they only offer two seasoning choices per order , it was 4 before. so I ordered two meals to get the 4 choices. smaller orders times times two equals the same bigger order. the fries were the BEST I've ever tasted from anywhere!! "I prefer this place over other chicken options on DoorDash. Their seasonings are flavorful and the portions are large. My complaints is how I never get silverware, Ill order 4 orders for my friends and I and have to deal with doing dishes after. Last few times ive ordered wings, I received wings that didn't have seasoning, I got 6 unseasoned wings and 4 that barely had any on it. Made my order bland and plain. They also forget to include ranch dipping from time to time. When I get what I ordered I enjoy the food, but lack of consistency is starting to bother me considering I spend 20$ per person. "
