The second thing I noticed was the salt — not enough to complain about, but enough to notice. This spaghetti is good — solid, thoughtful, and clearly made with care. I won’t crave it, but I’ll absolutely be back to try more from the menu.
Also, shout-out to the temperature — my food arrived HOT, like I was sitting in the restaurant even after a 12-minute drive. The bread? Delicious. You can taste the quality.

I remember my first experience with Blueberry Flavored Coffee, I was at a Mobile Gas Station with a fancy coffee display on Wolfe Road in Albany New York. I was late for work, had no coffee, and an hour ride ahead of me.
