I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.

If Hardee's cared, they'd make this right (refund), see who was working this shift and teach them how to cook, not to refry things left over from lunch and to ONLY use hot, fresh food.
