The Pad Thai was quite nice. Flavorful and what I have grown to expect of that dish. I would order it again from this restaurant, and therefore would recommend it.
The pineapple fried rice on the other hand, was a huge disappointment and is going straight into the trash. A week ago I had this dish from a restaurant in Alameda, and it was delicious, savory, flavorful, and completely enjoyable. This dish, however, was boring, lacked any flavor, I was not worth the price or even eating. I would not recommend this dish to anyone unless they are looking for a totally bland flavorless dish."

"I ordered the Quesadilla with steak. The flavor is pretty good. My only issues really are there isnt very much cheese, so a lot of the meat and just falls out and you're eatin a dry tortilla. Also, it's cut in a strange way that makes large secrions not have tortilla on one side. Lastly, its advertised that all the cilantro and salsa and sour cream is on the side but it's actslly on top. So by the time it gets to you, the Quesadilla has melted it and it's a mess but only the pieces on top can get toppings. It was amost 9 when I placed order and Ive been starving at work, so it's worth the cheap price to me right now. But in future ill probably just buy from more exensive place"

"I am a senior living in Vallejo on a fixed income. I splurged and ordered by Door Dash to the tune of 36.00. The BBQ Ribs were AWFUL, tasted old and were tough. Could they have been left out or were from another customer's meal scraps? They were not fresh and the portion size was was very small. When I called to complain, the young receptionist was flip and unapologetic and told me to have a goodday. i felt unheard and disrespected. I have been going to this restaurant for years and ordered the BBQ Ribs many times. I will never go back, host family bidthday parties there or refer others there."

"I’ve ordered from Morimoto both in person and through DoorDash many times I'm a local in Napa but recently I’ve become really disappointed with the quality and portions, especially with DoorDash orders.
My most recent order was extremely disappointing. The Mapo Ramen had no meat at all and the portion was practically half of what I would expect. For the price, the quality and portion just aren’t what they used to be.
I’ve always enjoyed ordering from Morimoto, which is why it’s frustrating to see the quality decline. Unfortunately, after this order, I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again. At this point, I’m better off making the drive to Ramen 101 for a much better portion and overall experience.
