"There seems to be inconsistency or quality issues with the Lake Perch. I ordered the large size dinner of lake Lake Perch , and received four pieces of fillet, one of which was pretty much completely breading. I don't know if there was a mix up in my order, but I cannot imagine the small portion of lake Perch containing any less than four pieces of lake Perch fillet. At other local establishments, a small perch dinner can have up to six fillets, while the large dinner has 10. The three fillets that had a normal perch fillet had excellent flavor, but the 4th fillet tasted like eating overcooked breading. Really hope the quantity of fillets I received for ordering the large dinner had been an honest mistake, as paying close to $5 per lake Perch fillet is illogical. On a bright note, I was pleasantly surprised by the handwritten message on the take out container."
