The ham was stale and crumbling in my hand when I called tours they said it was because it was through the oven that the ham gets that way. which is fine, but the ham on the inside was cold with the melted cheese? Just tasted like it was something from over night, and not fresh at all. Would not recommend for breakfast unless you want something from yesterday."

"Chicago native so obviously I got the Italian Beef. It was good like a 7/10. Price was higher than expected but the portion was pretty beefy. The bread, the beef and the fact they dipped it were all perfect. The gravy though was a little bland it needs a hint of spice to give you the real authentic flavor. Don't get me wrong I'm coming back it's a good sandwich but it's not quite a carbon copy of the taste from back home"
