My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. Now and then something goes wrong, on either end but RT ie the Garden Bar is blessed to have a manager like Paige that gets to the bottom of issues, handles efficiently and treats the customer as they should. "I have made it my mission to eat at That Lebanese Place every time I am visiting Springfield for work. Usually dine-in, where the owner is more than helpful and willing to help you navigate a foreign menu and even choose the best dishes for your american friends who may not be that culinarily inclined.
This time I didn't want to drive down there so I ordered from DoorDash. And wow, the quality and attention to detail even carries through to their delivery, which is surprising as this is something that's often lost in translation with other restaurants that are good in person but fail on delivery.
In my opinion, you can have an amazing adventure just getting the appetizers. My favorite is Baba Ghanoush (a smokey and savory version of hummus) and Labneh (which they make in house so its not always available), with plenty of extra pita bread.
Everything I've ever eaten here has been amazing and I constantly bring my friends and family out to sample it for a treat of a time.
Go crazy and get something delivered, but you must eventually go down to the restaurant so you can try the Turkish Coffee and Turkish Tea. Just make sure its like early afternoon at the latest because you will be wired. They like it strong it Turkey apparently"

"I'm very torn on this restaurant. I think the food is extremely tasty. They also dont cut the bread all the way through which is the superior way to cut a sub roll. The seasoned fries are delightful.
But the cost to portion sizing is bad for some items and abysmal for others. the sandwiches are about 8in for ~13 dollars. the combo with fries and a drink comes to about 18.50. which isnt great for a sandwich and fries but they are both delicious so its this side of acceptable.
DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS. the 6 Count Wings are the size of my thumb and over 2 dollars a wing. we used to sell suspiciously similar wings when i worked at papa johns. frozen and tiny, we used to sell them for 8 dollars which was a rip off even then. 13 dollars for the same piddly wings is a scam.
The drinks are advertised as 20oz bottles but they give you a 16.9oz bottle. i hope its just ignorance to their false advertising and not deliberate deceit.

"My personal favorite is the avocado toast. it's just perfect for my palette, but the smoked salmon toast is also exquisite you can't even tell it's salmon has no fishy taste + everything balances out the arugula so it's not so strong. it's perfect.
