"The La Quesabirria was PHENOMENAL it was well seasoned, and very flavorful. The consume was delicious (the sauce you dip the birria taco in) I don't eat beans so I just got a side of rice. The rice was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious as well. My meal came with complimentary chips and salsa which were extremely fresh and the chips were homemade absolutely delicious. The portion was very feeling too. To top it all off the Tres Leches was absolutely DELICIOUS a nice sweet treat after my meal. 10/10 would recommend and order again!"

The portions were very small, barely covered the bottom of the plate. They were out of the dressings that came with both bowls and had me pick two other ones and then I got home and there was no dressing. They were out of lids so they used Saran Wrap and it didn't cover all the way but it didn't matter because there was hardly any food in the bowls so it wasn't going to spill out. "If you've had Birria before, you'll be happy to know that this particular taco checks most of the boxes you would expect. Succulent, slow braised meat, filled generously, dripping with juices. Double tortilla, fried in the juices while still able to hold up the filling. Taste wise, this is up there with La Davina for me... But with a much bigger portion in the taco.
Only thing that'd be nice is the option to have Birria consomé on the side for dipping.
Refried Beans were whipped and wonderfully smooth. Fully flavored and seasoned to perfection. If you're looking for a solid Mexican refried bean, don't hesitate to give this one a try.
This particular Salsa seemed to be roja. Smokey, a little bit of tang and a "medium" amount of heat. Perfect for the taco and beans.
The Jamaica was perfectly refreshing. Don't sleep on this as a drink option. Serving size wise, I'd like to say it came to around 12oz.

I have had food from Jim's in my fridge last days, so I know it's fresh, it's quality, high quality... real angus beef is only one example in regard to their burgers.
I will admit I cheated on Jim's the other day, it was out of convenience and location.
Long story short...?
I still have that sub in my fridge today, and I can not wait until garage day to throw it out, hence why I made a point to make my way to Jim's this evening.
