The beef kebab consisted of ground beef with lots of herbs and onion and it was juicy and packed with flavor. The chicken was grilled to perfection and marinated with a saffron seasoning. Impressively, it was also juicy and not at all dry.
The platter came with a generous portion of saffron rice. The adas rice was rice cooked with lentils and a couple raisins (I think). The adas rice was savory with a bit of a tangy sweet touch. With the lentils, it had a softer consistency than the saffron rice, which had more bite to it. Both were terrific and great even on their own, without the meat. The 1. Homemade Hummus and 9.
