"For my birthday I treated myself to the Cuban French Toast because it is my favorite! The dish comes with 4 pieces of french toast covered in shredded coconut, and the (4) fried plantains are always fresh and cooked perfectly and easy to split with my coworker (we order it often) I think the white sauce might be sour cream? It sounds odd but it is actually pretty good on the plantains. I also personally believe that a breakfast is not complete without eggs so the Three Eggs (Side) is a perfect compliment, and also a good amount to share with a coworker/friend."
