But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. Barring those options, if you’re going to make a swap, make it a SIMILAR item; don’t change dairy for non-dairy or fruit for candy, etc. People have allergies, intolerances and preferences to consider. I got the Fat Knight and Fat Filipino (which they subbed for my original order of the Fat Delta U, which they don't call to confirm for.
