"I had been completely hesitant to order from Roger's, but the other night I just needed comfort food. Thankfully, it was exactly the comfort food I had imagined. The Small Appetite chicken fried steak dinner with brown gravy with peas and carrots fit the bill perfectly. It transported me back to childhood and was the perfect amount of food. The portion of Onion Rings was large and they were huge and really crispy. The Patty Melt Burger my husband got was super tasty but not terribly huge. "I live in the western part of Corvallis and this came from Albany. The food was piping hot. I ordered the Krispy Chicken Krunch Box. It came with mildly spicy, juicy thighs and drumsticks with a crunchy coating. Not at all greasy. The red beans and rice regular sized side was the best I've had in years, a generous portion also with a mild bite. Came with spork and napkins. Saving the Honey Biscuits for breakfast. "The Cherry Banana Cheesecake : Waffle Pairing was spectacular. Like 10 out 10 delicious- everyone in my family agreed. So yummy. The Caramel Apple Cheesecake waffle pairing was.... so weird. Like it had the potential to be so excellent but the flavor was just too artificial and something went wrong with the salt. It tasted like a salty caramel apple candle. You know those ones you smell and go "omg I wish I could eat this!" Well... it turns out that might not be except what I want. Maybe if the recipe is tweaked slightly to use less flavoring and a bit less salt. And I LOVE salt. But this was too intense. The avocado, tomato, feta one was... just pretty boring. Needed some kind of sauce? But my 10 year old loved it so this could be just a flavor preference thing. Texture was great. Maybe send a little bit of the balsamic reduction on the side? Anyway. "I go to OSU e-campus and came into town for a live class. I missed boba on the drive here, and decided to get one with dinner. I got mango with lychee poppers and cheese foam, SO GOOD! I have also heard of the egg yolk pastry, but we don't have them in Idaho, and my expectations were exceeded again. Finally, I have had a crepe cake from an asian market before, but this mango one was absolutely heavenly! Will come back again before I leave, and will be getting it as my graduation treat at the end of this year!"

I was a bit worried that the tiramisu Cake Box only had one skinny lady finger just from looking at the bottom, but once I started eating it, I found that there were two wide lady fingers. it was nicely coffee forward, which I appreciated. as always, the Milk Custard and Crepe Cakes were very tasty with a nice texture, and the Boba Milk Tea (With Boba)s were very refreshing, well made, and tasty. all around, I would order everything again!"

The Braised Duck Noodle Soup was a first for me. Delicious but a definite eating hazard bc they dont debone it and the bones are splintered and sharp. I almost swallowed a bone in the broth.
