"Best butter chicken I've ever had, and they're consistently amazing. You can order anything off the menu and it's leagues above any other Indian restaurant out there."
"I always order for the shrimp biryani (extra hot and spicy) and they always get it right. Portion size is the same all the time and there is always enough shrimp in it, i particularly like that. Not like some restaurants that you will have to keep searching for the shrimp in the food. I hope they do not change their quality and quantity. Good job."

"The portion size is awesome! Great value for money! The biriyani was a proper, authentic recipe and we really enjoyed every morsel. The chicken pakora was also great! It was moist and juicy on the inside!
The dipping sauce was fresh and tasty!"
"Extremely disappointing experience. I spent around $70 ordering food from Sagarmatha Curry Palace, and it was by far the worst North Indian food I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at many North Indian restaurants, and this place was nowhere close in terms of quality or taste. The Butter Chicken and Paneer Makhani were unbelievably sweet, so sweet that they tasted more like dessert than curry. The sweetness completely overpowered the dishes, making them unpleasant and practically inedible. I couldn’t finish them.
The food did not taste authentic, and it certainly wasn’t worth the money I paid. It was a complete waste of $70.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good North Indian food."

"I absolutely love this place. It's so delicious, the paneer in the lunch thali is *chefs kiss*, the Naan is 10 outta 10, spice level is perfect! Portions are generous and good value for what you pay. Give it a try!"
"Chilli Momo—chicken was so good and had a great warming spice level. The Biryani flavours were nostalgic and delicious, and it was not dry at all unlike some other places I've tried. Good portions for sharing or generous leftovers. The Chhole Samosa and Veg-samosa were hot and fresh. Delicious! I'll definitely be ordering again."

"I have ordered here and been here countless times. The best Butter Chicken i have ever had and the chicken Vindaloo is one of if not my favourite food. Perfect naan to go with the curry's. I haven't tried many of the rice dishes because of how obsessed i am with the ones i order. Upgrade to garlic naan every few orders it's also great. 100% worth the money."
"The portion size is great for what you pay and the flavour is deep in the Butter Chicken Platter, especially the dal makhani. The naan is of reasonable quality which compliments the dish. It doesn't hurt that it's lathered in ghee/butter.
Everything has clearly been made with love, the only complaints I have is that the chicken in the butter chicken is a little dry (very common with other establishments) and the vegetable samosas are premade and frozen.
I hope the business thrives enough to make their own samosas as I'm sure they would be delicious as with everything else they make!
Would order again when I'm craving Indian food."

"I ordered the Butter Chicken and the Biryani Rice. It was all delicious, especially the Butter Chicken . The Biryani Rice did not look like its picture. It seemed to be more like Jasmine rice. it was good, though not what I expected from the picture. "Very disappointing, the Butter Chicken White Meat was not "butter chicken" at all. While the white chicken meat was cooked well and tasty, the sauce seemed to be nothing but water, oil, and spices.. There wasn't a hint of butter, cream or milk, and anytime I tried to dip the Roti in it was so oily all the sauce would just drain off. One of the worst butter chickens I've ever had."

The Noodle Burger was very generous in portion size, a bit greasy but pretty filling and a good amount of spice and flavour. I really enjoyed it! "50/50 Bowl was sooo tasty. Good portion, and nice on the sauces"
"The portion of chicken in the Regular Habibi Bowl was small. Even 'ALL' those pieces were burnt and chewy. The bowl itself was very dry with little to no sauce. Previously ordered the same couple of months ago and loved it, hence ordered again. Hope they take care of it and bring back the og quality."

"The Veg Biryani was delicious -- full of vegetables, herbs and spices. it was a very good size and we'll have some left for future meals. The Butter Chicken was also very good. I usually order it as it's typically a milder dish and it was milder than the Veg Biryani but together they were a nice medium/hot spice (in my opinion)."

"This is the first time I've ordered from here, in fact, I had never heard of it. I was curious.
I ordered the Fried Shrimp Wontons and Vegetable Spring Rolls and they were cooked perfectly and nice and crispy. I also ordered the Gobi Manchurian and it was really delicious. Flavourful and spicy. The Butter Masala Momo Chicken was absolutely amazing. I asked for it to be spicy and they nailed it. Not only was the food great, it arrived nice and hot."
"this is the 5th or 6th time i ordered from Momo.
i tried some recipes and the food was always tasty but "spicy".
but this is the first time I really enjoyed the food, because you took my request this time and made the food not spicy,
THANKS.

"I ordered the medium Oxtail and it was delicious with a good amount of food. I'm confused that the menu photo shows coleslaw but it didn't come with any, but nonetheless the oxtail is cooked to perfection and I loved it. The Fried Dumpling tastes good as well. I wished there was more than one piece of it. Finally the Jerk Chicken Sandwich was great. There was a good amount of chicken in there and it had a nice flavor."
"Ellis Kitchen never disappoints.

The generous portion was fresh and flavourful... right amount of spices.
Hands down, the best tasting rice and oxtail stew in town."

"This restaurant is extraordinary and they obviously take pride in creating delicious food for customers...and for a reasonable cost. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Mushroom Penne because I had a late night hunger and craving, and I wanted to have leftovers for my kid tomorrow. Red Swan, thank you for feeding us, once again.....you never fail to delight the tastebuds and nourish our tummies!"
"Both of the pizzas 5. 8" Personal Pepperoni Pizza and the pasta Chicken Bacon Mushroom Penne did not taste the same and I order them often. Perhaps a new cook?!! The pizza sauce did not taste the same and there was significantly less of it. The toppings were only on half the pizzas, as the pictures demonstrate and there are very minimal toppings; not at all what I am used to from this restaurant. The pasta sauce lacked flavor and although the dish looked good from the top but the flavor was lacking once I dug in."

"I never write reviews but the beef biryani was the best ive had in hamilton. Im always craving for a home cooked taste and this really made my night. The mattar keema was so fresh and really good. The portions last two meals! Thank you"
"Naans are always very good. Nihari is good as well but there is a lot of soup and very little meat. And this time was a little too spicy for me but still delicious. Next time please include more meat. Chicken Satay Peanut Butter is good too but it needs more sauce and less onions. There are way more onions than there is meat. More meat or bell peppers would be better on the skewer than so much onion. Shami kabob burger is also good but in the description it says it comes with mint chutney but it never does. For me mint chutney is essential with a shami kabob and I have given this feedback a few times over the years. So the items should match the description. Overall prices are reasonable. "

"Food arrived hot, tasty and freshly made. Popcorn chicken poutine comes in a large tray but medium portion. Skimpy on gravy.
Roasted Beef Wrap was large and flavorful. Would have been better if chicken were a BOGO option.
Love the Hawaiian, favorite Hawaiian Pizza (Large) in town.
Would order all again but ask for extra gravy on poutine"
"everything was pretty good. but the wings were not nearly as saucy as they should be most restaurants nowadays are cheaping out on the sauce! the wings are very large but I prefer smaller wings but more of them to equal the weight of the large wings. I have a thing with bone to meat ratio. also the prices were a bit better than other places."
