But it tastes a litle bitter, like burnt. Not sure if it's because I tasted the capirotada first. "I ordered the caldo de pollo for my wife since she wasn’t feeling well. While she appreciated it, she mentioned it was a little underwhelming. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, which I definitely appreciated, but overall the flavor didn’t stand out the way I had hoped. I also ordered the taco plate. The flavors themselves were decent, but the presentation and temperature took away from the experience—it arrived lukewarm and a bit messy, which made it less enjoyable than it could have been. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not the kind of meal that leaves a lasting impression. That being said, for the price point, the meal still carried good value for its portion.
