"We had our first burgers from P. Terry's on our granddaughter's recommendation. The burgers were very good as we're the fries; however, our order was missing an order of crispy French fries. I didn't contact the store because the two orders we did receive were enough for us all to have plenty. My husband said his diet coke was one of the best he has ever had! When we visit Austin again, we will definitely order from P. Terry's again. Thank you for providing quality food at an affordable price and offering such fast service."

"Paid extra for ranch dressing and didn't get it. At least it was only $0.30. Side of Ketchup had unknown sticky syrup all over the packets. Gross. Usually they're pretty generous with the packets, but this time I only got half of what I asked for."
