"My husband and I have been eating there for 15 years and the quality of the food is top-notch. Sushi at Ichiban is always excellent. The Pink Lady Roll is one of my favorites and I also got a Philadelphia Roll. My husband got a Tuna Roll, a Yellowtail Roll, a Salmon Roll, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Even though they are basic Maki, they were terrific as usual. Appetizers are another story. The Pork Gyoza use a different dough than they used to; it's thinner and doesn't taste exactly right. It tastes like Shumai without the shrimp. The Crab Rangoon leaves a lot to be desired -- mostly fried dough and a tiny little dollop of crab-flavored cream cheese in the middle. Not worth $10. The Kani Salad however was excellent! First time I've had it and I'll definitely get it again. Overall, a bit pricey for sushi but quality was excellent, as always. "

Not to mention I ordered the filet medium rare it was well done at best and the lobster was tougher than a 2 dollar steak. Also the only chicken was in the side order my main didn't come with any. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything to go from here.
