"Very disappointing for a $115 order not including tip. We rarely report DoorDash issues and normally overlook minor mistakes if the food is edible.
Both Bacon Crispy Chicken Clubs were dry, not crispy, had a strange aftertaste and came on regular buns instead of the advertised brioche. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was also dry with the same odd taste. My 11 year old took one bite of her chicken tenders and said they tasted old. Fries were dry and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp.
The onion ring portion was only 5 rings and they were soft with a strong fryer grease taste.
Both pretzel orders were overcooked, very hard and nearly burnt. All 3 cheese cups had a thick film on top, and very little usable cheese underneath.
I initially reported only the pretzels because I didn't expect the entire order to be bad. Unfortunately, almost everything was thrown away. $115 wasted, plus the cost of another dinner. We won't be back."
