"May be the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I paid extra for simple black bean substitutions, and all instructions we're not adhered to. The quality of the items is the worst I've ever had at any Taco Bell. Scant ingredients, wrong ingredients no rice in anything, cold, wet, poorly constructed and poorly wrapped. "I think this place is fresher during the day. 5 Shrimp & Fries was over fried...like very hard. 3 Whole Wings & Fries wings were old and dry. Not really seasoned as well as I thought they would be. Catfish Sandwiches The fish sandwich was fried freshly, although for that big piece of fish, it would have been nice to have 2 pieces of cheese. No cocktail sauce or hot sauce so I guess you have to order that separately. Prices were decent for what we ordered...it just didn't taste very good."

"Poor packaging, food was rock hard and was barely consumable. I received boneless wings instead of bone in wings in both of my orders, no napkins nor utensils were provided, items were also overpriced considering the small portions.
