"When I get carry out or delivery, I often can still work with things. Things can get soggy and it cools down. It can be adjusted, or just don't care and eat. I ordered bacon toast slider. When it arrived at my house, I separated the toast and put it on a plate, next to the egg, and in an electric air fry oven for 1 minute on each side. I put the bacon on a non-stick surface and inside a gas fire oven and set it to broil-low mode. Once the oil sizzles, I dab it with a towel. Process takes a very short time, to avoid burn, because it is already cooked. I achieved a tasty good crispy and soft finish. Flipped and broil heated egg 1 more time before serving sandwich. I give 4 of 5 stars because it was kinda short on cheese and the bacon was good but not quite as good as my personal skillet. Carbonated Coke was perfect. Very good cheese rings kept warm in gas oven at 230 and ate after meal."

"I’m extremely disappointed with the food I received from Slice Factory. The cheese pizza was terrible. The cheese was very hard, like the pizza had been sitting out all day and then reheated before being served. It was dry, not fresh, and honestly had no good flavor at all. A cheese pizza should be one of the simplest things to get right, but this one tasted old and completely unappetizing.
The cheese fries were just as bad. They were dry and didn’t taste right at all. I’m not even sure what kind of cheese is being used because the flavor was very off and nothing like normal cheese fries should taste.
This order felt like old food that had been sitting around and then quickly reheated and sent out. That’s completely unacceptable when customers are paying full price expecting fresh food. "We ordered two servings of the halwa poori combo which was sent in one container each. One for chana, one for aloo, and one for halwa and 4 puris.The puris were fine. However, the quantity is sever lacking. There were barely enough chanay or aloo. The aloo tasted sour and the halwa wasn't sweet. The chanay were ok, but again quant isn't good. I would not buy again. "
