I also had the Greek Feta Salad with tzatziki dressing. The dressing was very good. I put some on my finger just to taste it alone and the words that came to mind were light, creamy, rich and very flavorful. Even though it was rich it was still refreshing in the way that a salad dressing should be. There is obviously a lot of care going on in their kitchen. I can taste the love and the passion. The only two things that would have made it 100% perfect, in my personal opinion, would be..
1. Chop the salad a bit so it is a little easier to eat
2. Slightly hydrate the sun dried tomatoes so that they aren't extremely hard to chew.
