The price is a little high for the amount served. But they were also very good. I haven't tried the lentil soup. Overall it was a yummy meal and worth the $$. :) "

When I try a new Mexican restaurant I always order their chili relleno to form an opinion. Las Brazos has a lightly breaded, not egg battered, chili/cheese brand that I've been looking for for years. It's covered with an authentic, tongue pleasing sauce that compliments it all. The taco plate has 3 generously filled corn tortillas. The refried beans and rice is tasty, the lime slices are fresh. "The flavor was all there and the chicken was moist, it was a lot of food as well. However the rice was extremely undercooked to the point where I had to spit grains out or it would hurt my teeth. I ordered a 12-inch Margherita, and specified "cauliflower crust" in the special instructions - since I had heard they had this crust available, but it wasn't offered as an option to select on DoorDash. Of course you never know if special instructions are going to be followed or even read, so I wasn't sure what I would receive. These nice folks not only noted my request, but left a handwritten note on the box to inform me that there was no extra charge for the alternate crust, but that it only came in a 10" size.
