"I've eaten at and ordered delivery from Laziz countless times, and always touted them as one of my favorite restaurants in all of SLC. Post-pandemic, I've been ordering takeout more, because they changed the flow in the restaurant and the experience was not near as good. The food has always been great ---
This time, however was so bad that it will take some serious convincing to order again.
They've changed their ordering so you can't ask for any substitutes, which made this time a challenge for myself and my daughter who are allergic to gluten and dairy (the ability to order incredible and safe foods was always a huge draw). We ended up ordering off the Whole 30 menu which is a set of pre-selected subs, but also takes away the options for allergy friendly sides.
I paid over $60 for dry romaine and 2.5oz of dry, overcooked salmon and a burger that was so dry and well done that it was completely inedible (oh,and more dry lettuce as a side) I've ordered both these things before multiple times (and had them delivered!!) and never was the food this gross and disappointing. "

"These calzones are below subpar. The pictures provided in the menu is no where what we received. Barely any filling, couldn't distinguish the difference between the butter chicken and the chicken bacon ranch. There is no sauce on the wings, even though it's clearly pictured with sauce.
