The location is in a half-abandoned strip mall, which somehow made me trust it more. That is usually where either terrible decisions or incredible food happens, and thankfully this was the second one.
The wings were large, crispy, breaded, and well-seasoned enough that they would have been good even without sauce. That is rare. A lot of places treat wings like sad little sauce vehicles, but these actually had flavor on their own.
We tried Buffalo, Garlic Parm, Sweet Chili, and Yo Daddy’s sauce on the side. Buffalo was classic and reliable. Garlic Parm was buttery, creamy, and better than the versions I’ve had from bigger chain wing places. Sweet Chili was flavorful without being overly sweet.
