"We've ordered from Byford Zambrero before and we had great service! In fact we had a similar order and we got plenty of food for our money and it was delivered very fast with the food still hot. This time we got great tacos but the nachos were cold, the delivery took way too much too time and the nacho bowl was only half full. We definitely did not get what we payed for and we were upset since we were especially looking forward to this dinner. We are grateful for the tasty tacos and have considered that the store may have been busy but we were still disappointed with today's service :("

The Sesame Prawn Toast was absolutely tiny, three small squares that barely make up one slice of toast together, rather disappointing. Very minor suggestions,
perhaps put an option to put sauces in a pot. I like sauce but for me it was a little bit too saucy however that's personal preference.
The vegan BBQ mini buns, it says on the doordahs website it was available in fried or steamed but on the Web page it doesn't actually allow you to select anything else only fried so that's a technical issue to review.
Regarding the buns, great portion sizes but fried buns was a bit too fried for me, again personal preferences wins out.
Missing vegetarian options for gyozas such as vegetable, garlic chive dumplings as would be a nice fresh addition 😍

"i got the uncles fried rice, and tofu fried rice. the uncles fried rice had way too much soy sauce, bordering on a cholesterol spike, and the stems of the bok choy/lettuce were left in. little amount of veggies. the spicy sauce on the tofu fried rice was so overwhelming it took over the flavor of the rest of the meal. also, tiny portions compared to noodlebox, wokinabox, etc. i wouldnt order from this store again, but id try other stores just to see whether it was a fluke, or if its a franchise wide issue."
