I did have to again not only drain the butter, but after being in the fridge and eating the rest of them and the noodles the second day I had to use so many paper towels to scrape the butter off both the noodles and the Boiled Potatoes (3). I know this is sounding like a complaint, but after I did what I did to remove the literal full stick of butter on the potatoes and perhaps half a stick of butter on the noodles, the food was really fantastic. I will certainly buy again.
I think part of the problem with the butter coagulating is because the driver was incredibly late and I had a double dash order. The Dasher went to Cardenas's market, which is a block from me before they went to the backyard Bayou. It makes no sense they should have gone and grabbed the backyard bayou because they had to pass my house to go to backyard bayou and have they gone there first and then to Cardenas's market, I don't think the butter would've been such an issue, but they did the reverse. So by the time I got the backyard Bayou order it was already cold. That is not the restaurant fault at all. It is the Dasher's fault. Backyard by you was so good. I think I'm going to order from backyard bayou again and not do a double dash so I won't have the butter issue.

"We really love Pho Hoa in San Ramon! Our go-to orders include the RG #43 - Vegetarian , RG #18 - Chicken , and some 25oz Caribbean Breeze smoothies. I love the RG #43 - Vegetarian because it always has good fresh vegetables! the vegetarian broth is great, but I prefer the chicken broth and they are always so kind to switch it out for me. I also love their rice noodles; always perfect texture and a good amount. My husband loves the RG #18 - Chicken pho! He says the chicken meat is always excellent and the ingredients are always fresh with hot yummy broth. We also like to get their smoothies and our fave is the 25oz Caribbean Breeze.
