Almost $30 spent, and my thin crust is soggy (normally they are like a cracker (which is why I get them) out also has burnt edges, that they just left in the box. My ICB was not only over cooked, but all the seasoning they put on it, was literally on the middle. So it makes it very hard to eat. I called the store, and of course they can't refund me the money but they put me on a remake list... The girl I spoke to at the store was very kind and she at least deserves 4 stars 🌟 herself. Might be helpful to package the toppings seperatelyand just put them side by side with the rice and beans so everything else can be added as desired as not to overwhelm the burritos, taking away that crunchy crust if the burrito kinda defeats the purpose of them being Traditional Chimichangas. I give the meal an overall 4/5 because despite the small complaints the food was still great! I would have liked to have some cheese dip to pour on top of them but at $8.99 for a small bowl of dip is outrageous. Try offering a smaller option if possible. Thanks! "
