This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I am seriously impressed.
I got the breakfast plate with eggs, beef sausage, cheese grits, a biscuit, and two hash browns, and it was amazing. It tasted like the kind of breakfast you’d get at your grandma’s house on the weekend—if your grandma could really cook. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was worth every dollar.
I also got the salmon wrap with a side salad, and both were excellent. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and high quality. You can tell whoever is cooking knows how to cook real food.
The macaroni and cheese was really good, and the green beans were good too, though they were a little salty for my personal taste.
What really stood out was the customer service. An item I ordered wasn’t available, and the restaurant actually contacted me directly to make sure I was accommodated. They gave me an extra side and a FREE banana pudding, which was absolutely amazing.
The fact that all of this was delivered makes it even more impressive. Some restaurants don’t travel well, but everything arrived tasting fresh and delicious.
Honestly, this is some of the best food I’ve had so far in the Raleigh-Durham area. It’s not trying to be fancy or trendy—it’s just really good soul food made with quality ingredients and care. Great food, great portions, and great customer service.

"I bought a #8 & #1. I called the store after ordering online to request that oil/vinegar be on the side so as not to have a soggy sandwich. Young lady on the phone was very pleasant when taking my request, however she failed to actually Heed the request. Did Not receive o/v on or off the sandwiches. In addition, the sandwiches appeared to be very hastily & sloppily thrown together. Parmesan bread was cut significantly smaller than it should have been. All in all a very frustrating, unsatisfactory experience & a huge waste of money. "
