Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.

"Food was extremely decent. Sausages were great. I tried Alba's Breakfast Delight. It was a couple dollars more than the equivalent I get at my usual DD spots. Minus the two slices of toast, and only coming with a single tiny pancake instead of two regular plate sized restaurant pancakes that other places give. The value is just not there. More money for less food, same quality. All but 4 or 5 items are way too expensive without even trying them out. I imagine those will probably be missing some standard ingredients or just tiny portions also. I had high hopes. Dashed by the numbers."
