"Food was delish as always! First time dashing from Wasabi, but ive eaten in frequently, never a problem with quality. Spring Rolls arrived hot, golden, crispy yet still soft (also thanks to my excellent dasher Toni) tho i did miss my extra sweet chili sauce i paid an extra .50 for lol. No biggie! Still had 1, was so yum. First time trying their Age-Dashi tofu and it was also hot n beautifully crispy crunchy- like a little nugget of greatness- tho i was missing the sauce. Still good! Used some spare sweet chili. Miso soup was rich, flavorful and steaming, tho also lacking the extra scallions i upcharged a couple cents for lol! Overall, food was hot, well cooked, well prepared and soooo good as usual. Will be ordering and dashing again from Wasabi! "my shakes were as runny as water literally. the only thing that I felt other than runny chocolate water was so much Oreo and then I choked on every swallow. I mean it's not just a little bit more Oreo than what's supposed to be in there. there's at least four or five ounces of Oreos in this little shake neither of us can drink them. and either they used chocolate ice cream for my Oreo blasters instead of the vanilla they're supposed to or that's literally how much Oreo they put in there that you can't tell that it's not supposed to be a chocolate. then I pay $9 for three chicken strips and a little bowl of grapes and you burn the chicken strips and have the audacity to send this to me. it cost me $23 for three chicken strips that were burnt to a crisp a little bowl of grapes and shakes that are so crammed with Oreo it makes you want to puke... I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.
I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both..."
