I mean it's not just a little bit more Oreo than what's supposed to be in there. there's at least four or five ounces of Oreos in this little shake neither of us can drink them. and either they used chocolate ice cream for my Oreo blasters instead of the vanilla they're supposed to or that's literally how much Oreo they put in there that you can't tell that it's not supposed to be a chocolate. then I pay $9 for three chicken strips and a little bowl of grapes and you burn the chicken strips and have the audacity to send this to me. it cost me $23 for three chicken strips that were burnt to a crisp a little bowl of grapes and shakes that are so crammed with Oreo it makes you want to puke... I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.
I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both..."

"I ordered berry cheesecake pancakes and they were replaced with apple cinnamon pancakes. I was not contacted about the switch or asked about my preferred replacement. They pancakes were dense and very dry. They did not come with a butter packet or syrup and the apples were just on the top. When trying to lift the pancakes to add my own condiments from home the pancakes were so dry they crumbled. The corned beef hash was not as pictured. It was over $9 but was less than half a tin can portion. This was the smallest order of corned beef hash for the highest price I've ever paid."
