I would recommend this with coffee or hot chocolate. The Curry Croquette had the best crunch and the flavors went wild on the palate. Lastly, the Sweet Potato Pastry had a natural sweetness from the sweet potato and the custard added a nice texture to a flaky pastry twist. Overall, I would recommend again. "The Lotus crepe was incredible! The crepe itself was warm, soft, and perfectly cooked, while the Lotus Biscoff spread added the perfect caramelized flavor without being overly sweet. The crushed Biscoff cookies gave it a nice crunch that balanced the creamy filling. Every bite was rich, fresh, and satisfying.
