"I've been going here since I was 10 years old. I know the family that owns the restaurant. I even went to school with some of the family. Some of the best Chinese food around everything is fresh. They pack everything neatly when you order for a pick up and carry. Just opened the restaurant to the public after being closed for a while. Because of covid glad they are still around."

Food was average at best, one of three main dishes was freshly made and hot, the others seemed like they had been sitting around on buffet table all day. The one dish that was freshly made was ordered with special requests which was carried out correctly. "China Taste is my "go to" Chinese restaurant. As a matter of fact, it's my "go to" restaurant, period.
The food is fabulous, and even the regular portions are large.
Most of the entrees have two different sizes so you can order up if you're feeding a family and the price difference is only a few bucks.
I usually order Walnut Shrimp OR a Chicken entree with an order of Sauteed Broccoli and that one order last me two days, so it's economical too.
I've had their General Tso's Chicken, Curried Shrimp and Onions, Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Curried Chicken and Onions and their Walnut Chicken (at different times, of course). All of their dishes are awesome!
Their General Tso's Chicken (a favorite of mine) beats all the other Chinese restaurants I've been to and I'm from San Francisco, so that says a lot (fun fact - SF has a lot of Chinese restaurants).
Summary: China Taste has amazingly good food, large portions and great prices.
