"I ordered the "carne adobada" dish, and it was very good! The meat (maybe pork?) had a nice char, and it was tender. There was more grizzle than I care for, but it was tasty nonetheless. I would have liked no onions tho, but they were chunky rings and I was able to put them aside. The meal came with some pickled jalapeños, and it was actually kinda low-key soothing. id order it again for sure!
