It was our favorite chicken parm in the area from then until the first time we had chicken parm at Wood & Fire. It is divine (like me on the aforementioned first date and in the approximately 10 years since). It's not too thick, and cheese is delicious without beijg overpowering. the marinara sauce is delicate - fresh and sweet (like me). it accentuates the tenfer juicy flavor of the chicken and bkuntness of the cheese. Simply delicious. The eggplant rollatinit is also winderful. Highly recommend!!! "
