On my end it showed order in process, pick up time and I was charged. Nothing on their end though. So zero stars for the DoorDash app but Five stars for Mountain Mike's Pizza because of Ben. He went ahead and prepared my order even though the app never communicated the order to them. He was very helpful and understanding. The best part was when I got home and tasted the Pizza. The pizza was amazing, it was flavorful and loaded with great tasting cheese. They have earned my business and I will definitely be coming back for more. Thanks Ben!!!"

"Overall, a really solid meal with a couple of things that kept it from being perfect.
Pros:
We ordered extra cheese on the pizza and actually got extra cheese. That shouldn't be noteworthy, but so many places charge for it and barely add any.
The pizza sauce has a nice tang and isn't overly sweet.
The crust was cooked perfectly, with just enough charred spots to add great flavor.
The penne with meat sauce was very tasty and a generous portion.
The chicken Caesar salad was fresh, loaded with chicken, and made with nice, generous pieces of romaine instead of being chopped into tiny little bits.
