"Spaghetti noodles werent cooled after cooking so they were very soggy after the reheat. The meat in the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce was chunky like the sausage on pizza. Im mad I spent 7$ on 5 ranches and the cups were very small. The half gallon of tea tastes like the urn hasn't been cleaned in days. The salad and homemade Extra Ranch was delicious as usual tho. Not giving up on the experience tho, l will try this restaurant again, but not the tea for sure!! "

"I have been a customer and fan of Coyote Coffee since the first store opened in Easley. I love that there are so many drink choices, and that you can get most of them sugar free. The food has always been good as well. It seems lately that online orders, or orders thru a service, are just not getting the same "treatment" as they would if ordered in the store or drive-thru. The past few orders I've made have been that way, unfortunately. My drinks haven't come with the same little "extras" that they usually do, and my drinks have looked like a 16 or 20 ounce poured into a larger cup, missing almost an inch of beverage from the top. Even though the taste is good, it's not worth the price if you're not getting what you pay for."

I've had grit bowls and breakfast sandwich delivered from places farther away and not using a thermal bag and they were creamy and hot. Perhaps it was just a tough morning in the kitchen today. I wanted to like them. I didn't."

The portions included a large amount of rice and beans, but there was very little oxtail meat. What meat was included was tough, overcooked, dry and inedible. On a positive note, the cabbage had great flavor, but there was very little of it as well. For the price, I expected much better quality, better portions, and properly cooked oxtails. I wanted to enjoy the food as this was my first experience with them. However, it turned into a frustrating one. I hope they take my feedback seriously and improve the quality of the meat and portion sizes for future customers."
