"Chicken salad club was fine but I requested that the french fries be put in a separate container so the hot fries did not heat up the club sandwich. The restaurant adjusted the bill to charge an additional 56 cents for the plastic container for the fries. For the prices being charged on DoorDash, the restaurant should not be nickel and diming this way. Furthermore, the sandwich was supposed to include coleslaw and pickle and neither was included. So the restaurant charged for pickle and coleslaw I did not receive AND had the audacity to charge 56 cents more for a plastic container that could not even cost them a nickel. I believe in supporting small businesses but this is not customer service worth supporting. The rice in the rice pudding was undercooked and hard. "

The sauce provided a nice counterpoint to the overall richness of the burger. The Create Your Own Burger was also really good, though it really should have had more cheese on it. The meat was good quality and didn't taste frozen. The Homemade Onion Rings and fries are always excellent. "

"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. Nothing got crushed in transit, this is just how carelessly the pastries were bagged. See pics. Rice donuts were crushed, but whatever, they're fine. Portuguese Egg Tart was dumped out of the plastic upside down, which I find gross and careless but again, meh. But both coffee buns I ordered were totally crushed, topping crumbling everywhere. Worst of all, the morning bread is just a pack of plain rolls??? That's not at all what the menu description says. It's supposed to be connected rolls sliced in half with cream and jam. I have a bag of plain milk rolls which is a different item... I won't be back, way too expensive for all this to be such a mess."

It is a soft Kaiser style roll. We like that style compared to a typical hard Kaiser roll. The Cheesesteak w/The Works (Whole 14") was really good, though we would have liked a bit more cheese and meat than we got. The roll it was on was pleasantly soft and fresh. The meat was flavorful and well chopped. All-in-all, it was a good, freshly prepared meal. We'd certainly order from here again (as we have been for years)."
